Students will be able to access your course until grades are posted in MyUCF. This date is posted each semester on the Academic Calendar.
Instructors can not submit grades directly from Webcourses@UCF to the Register's Office. There is an online submission form for grades available through MyUCF. Visit the Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning for a tutorial on how to use the form.
Address any issues in the course before students lose access.

Note: If you ever need to see a backup of an old course, ask Course Development and Web Services to create a temporary course and restore the backup for you. This process is handy if, for example, you need to defend a student's grade even years after the course has finished.
As part of your computer risk management program, make periodic backups of the course. You can only save one backup within Webcourses@UCF, so it is best to download the backups to your computer. A backup is an encrypted, zipped file and will need to be restored to the course to view it. As an alternative, you may choose to only backup student data (grades, discussions, chats, etc.). These can be compiled and downloaded to your computer.
