Webcourses@UCF was inaccessible to some users on Monday, April 14, 2014 from approximately 7:35PM to 7:50PM.

There is a scheduled maintenance window between 6am and 11:30am on Sunday April 6th. During that time, the following systems/services may become temporarily unavailable:

• Webcourses@UCF
• Tegrity

Crocodoc

Crocodoc, the tool that allows teacher and peers make annotations on assignment submissions in Webcourses@UCF, is currently down. This issue is being addressed and a resolution is expected shortly. In the meantime, instructors can view file submissions by downloading them but will be unable to make or view on-document annotations until this issue is resolved.

Webcourses@UCF will undergo a 15 minute maintenance at 2:00 AM on Sunday morning (3/23) to make needed adjustments. Thank you for your understanding while we conduct this necessary downtime.

Access to those services may be intermittent at that time.

Webcourses@UCF Downtime 2/18

The Webcourses@UCF login service was down from approximately 9:00PM on the night of 2/18/14. The issue was resolved by 1:00AM on 2/19/14. User who were already logged in to Webcourses@UCF were not affected, but users would have been unable to log in between those times.

Webcourses@UCF (Canvas) Downtime 1/7

There was intermittent Webcourses@UCF downtime on 1/7/14 from 1:17PM-1:27PM. The issue has been resolved and operations are back to normal.

Webcourses@UCF experienced an issue on Monday, 12/2 from approximately 10:29PM to 11:24PM. A large number of users may have encountered a page error message. The issue has been addressed and resolved.
